TVI’s partners are collectively responsible for delivering vital services to the children, youth, and families of the West Shore and Sooke.  The TVI team is dedicated to improving the planning, connection, and service coordination required to better serve the children, youth, and families of the West Shore and Sooke.

BGC South Vancouver Island

BGC South Vancouver Island (formerly formerly Boys & Girls Club of Greater Victoria) has a mission to provide a safe, supportive place where children, youth, and families can experience new opportunities, overcome barriers, build positive relationships, and develop confidence and skills for life.

Island Health

Island Health delivers many types of health care services for residents, clients and patients, including operating Wellness Centres at three Sooke School District Schools: Belmont Secondary, Royal Bay Secondary, and Edward Milne Community School.

Pacific Centre Family Services Association

Since 1968, Pacific Centre Family Services Association (PCFSA) has been promoting dignity and quality of life for families and individuals across South Vancouver Island, with a focus on the Westshore and Sooke, through education, counselling, and social services programming.

Sooke School District

The Sooke School District believes that the health and well-being of people is critical to their lifelong learning and success and has adopted a comprehensive school health (CSH) approach, supporting improvements in students’ educational outcomes while addressing school health in a planned, integrated and holistic way.

Thrive Social Services

Thrive Social Services Society is the home to a team of social service professionals with a mission to help the children, youth, adults, and families they serve live their best lives by providing high-quality services through a variety of programs.

WorkLink Employment Society

WorkLink Employment Society is a growing non-profit organization that has provided government-sponsored employment services to the residents of the West Shore since 1978. In 2008, services expanded to include the communities of Sooke and surrounding areas including Jordan River and Port Renfrew. WorkLink also provides Indigenous outreach services to the First Nations Communities of Beecher Bay, T’Souke and Pacheedaht.
